Ryan Dregney is an Associate and member of the investment team of the Firm. Prior to joining Evolution, Ryan worked at Bain Capital Credit where he gained experience investing across the debt capital structure of high yield and distressed industrial companies. Prior to that, Ryan worked at Barclays as a high yield research analyst where he assisted with the syndication of new debt issuances while writing company-specific research reports for institutional clients. Ryan holds an MS and BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
