Aaron Zwiebach is a Vice President at Evolution. He joined the firm in September 2018. Aaron has almost a decade of experience working in investment banking and investment management.

Prior to joining Evolution, Aaron worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) group at Goldman Sachs & Co. While there, he focused on both M&A advisory and shareholder activism defense across various industries including technology, healthcare and consumer. Clients advised by Aaron included Fortune 500 corporates and global investment managers where he developed and deployed novel statistical analyses that were used by executives of the client companies to craft and inform strategy.

Aaron graduated from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science.

At Evolution, Aaron has been key to building the firm’s major products suite. He has sourced, underwritten and structured investments across the firm and was one of the initial team members dedicated to creating the Trade Finance business line from its inception. Aaron was deeply involved in forming and developing the Trade Credit Protection, Accounts Receivable Finance and Supply Chain Finance products. He is also at the forefront of deploying capital across both Trade and Leveraged Finance. In his current role, Aaron is active in growing the firm’s sourcing channels and has established and maintained key relationships with financial sponsors, corporates, commodity traders and leading investment banks.
