Amy Jeffrey is the Chief Business Officer of Evolution. She joined the firm in February 2025. Amy brings over 20 years of experience in both legal and operational leadership, including scaling operations across various portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Evolution, Amy served as the Managing Partner for Outside GC LLC, a national law firm providing comprehensive general counsel services, where she was responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the firm in addition to maintaining her sophisticated legal practice. Amy began her legal career as an associate at Patton Boggs LLP, where she focused on corporate and finance law, including multi-level investments, mezzanine debt, and other financings, representing major financial institutions, private equity funds, agent banks, and other institutional investors. Throughout her legal career, Amy has represented international clients across various sectors and industries, including banking and finance, healthcare, life sciences, medical devices, real estate, and commercial aviation.

Amy graduated cum laude from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Finance and earned her Juris Doctor from SMU Law School in Dallas, Texas, where she was a member of the SMU Law Review. She is admitted to practice law in Texas, Colorado, and New Hampshire.
