Caitlin Budzynski is an Investor Relations and Capital Formation Analyst at Evolution. She joined the firm in September 2025. Caitlin has over one year of experience in private credit, focusing on business development, fundraising, and operational due diligence.

Prior to joining Evolution, Caitlin spent one year at Turning Rock Partners in New York. As a member of the Investor Relations team, she served as a key client service representative driving capital formation, fundraising efforts, and strengthening client relationships.

Caitlin graduated from Fairfield University with a BS in Finance.

At Evolution, Caitlin is responsible for supporting both the Investor Relations and Capital Formation Teams through fundraising initiatives, investor due diligence processes, and maintaining new and existing investor relationships.
