Grace Kaplan is a Senior Associate and member of Evolution’s Investor Relations team. She joined the firm in November 2024 and has over 7 years of experience in private markets, with a background spanning fund finance, structuring strategic capital solutions for private equity and venture capital clients, and supporting relationship development between institutional investors and private market managers.

Prior to joining Evolution, Grace held multiple roles within Silicon Valley Bank’s Fund Banking group, most recently supporting the subscription and NAV-based financing needs of private equity and venture capital firms across the Northeast.

Grace graduated with a BA in Management and Business from Skidmore College. She is a holder of the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.

At Evolution, Grace supports the firm’s investor relations and capital-raising efforts, coordinating fundraising and diligence processes and contributing to the preparation of consistent, high-quality investor reporting and portfolio insights.
