Jack Hoots is a Finance Manager at Evolution. He joined the firm in April 2025. Jack has roughly 7 years of experience in financial reporting, fund accounting, and process optimization.

Prior to joining Evolution, Jack spent 2.5 years at Bain Capital Credit, where he was a Senior Finance Associate focused on fund reporting, process automation, and cross-functional coordination. Prior to that, he spent 1 year at Benefit Street Partners, a credit-focused alternative asset manager, as a Finance Associate responsible for fund accounting, valuations, and reconciliations. He also spent 3 years at EisnerAmper LLP, a national accounting and advisory firm, as a Senior Auditor focused on financial services clients and financial statement audits.

Jack holds a BSBA and Master’s degree in Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis and is a licensed CPA.
