Jacob is an Associate and a member of the investment team at the Firm. Before joining Evolution, Jacob was an Associate at Ducera Partners where he focused primarily on advising debtor and creditor clients on complex in-court and out-of-court restructuring processes. Prior to this, Jacob was an Analyst in the leveraged finance group of Société Générale where he assisted in underwriting LBO debt for sponsor-backed transactions. He began his career as an Analyst in structured finance at Fitch Ratings and later conducted high-yield and distressed credit research at Debtwire. Jacob graduated with dual majors in Finance and History from Villanova University.
