Jay McGrath is the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at Evolution Credit Partners; he brings over 20 years of industry knowledge to the team. Prior to ECP Jay was the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer for a Boston based hedge fund where he handled all aspects of the business operations for over 3 years. Previously, Jay was the VP of Finance at Benefit Street Partners and VP of Finance & Investment Operations at Harvard Management Company where he spent 9+ years. Jay began his career at State Street Corporation where he held accounting and operations roles in multiple divisions of the organization. Jay holds a BS in Finance from Providence College.
