Lisa Schwarzberg is the President, Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer, and Partner of the Firm. She has over 20 years of financial and operating experience, with a focus on working with middle market companies. Lisa was previously the Managing Director, Chief Administrative Officer, and Head of Strategy for Alternative Investment Solutions (“AIS”) at State Street Corporation, where she was a member of the senior management of the global Hedge, Private Equity, and Real Assets businesses within AIS.

Prior to joining State Street in 2016, Lisa was an Operating Executive for Riverside Partners, a middle market private equity sponsor. Lisa partnered with portfolio companies to deliver sector and operating expertise including industry, strategic, financial, operational, compliance and risk expertise. Prior to working with Riverside Partners in 2011, she worked for two years as a Consultant to Royal Caribbean Cruises for the Board of Directors and Senior Management.

In addition, Lisa has more than ten years of experience in Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, where she served as a Vice President and was responsible for leading all phases of the execution of M&A and strategic alternatives for companies, including reviewing comprehensive valuation analyses, coordinating due diligence, negotiating sale and purchase agreements, assessing marketing materials, and managing client relationships for all stages and structures of transactions. Lisa was a CPA in the state of California and also worked at Deloitte in the Audit, Tax, and Business Management groups. Lisa graduated with a BA in Economics from UCLA and a MBA in Finance from UCLA’s Anderson School.
