Lucy Silver is an Investor Relations Associate at Evolution. She joined Evolution in September 2026. Lucy has over 5 years of experience in alternative investments, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

Prior to joining Evolution, Lucy spent 3 years at Sentinel Capital Partners, a New York-based middle market private equity firm. At Sentinel, Lucy was a member of the investment team, where she focused on both the firm's private equity and capital solutions strategies, working on new platform investments, add-on acquisitions, and portfolio company management. She also supported the firm’s investor relations function. Prior to that, Lucy spent 2 years as an analyst at BlackArch Partners, a Charlotte-based middle market investment bank, where she executed sell-side M&A transactions.

Lucy graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Ancient History. She was a member of the varsity swim team.
