Mary Parrinelli is a Managing Director in Capital Formation at Evolution Credit. She joined the firm in July 2024. Mary brings over 20 years of experience in institutional sales and marketing across the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Evolution, Mary served as a Managing Director and Executive Leader at Eagle Point Credit Management from 2022 to 2024, where she played a key role in expanding the firm’s presence through strategic fundraising and market positioning. Before that, she spent almost 14 years at Angelo Gordon (2008–2021), where she was responsible for developing and managing relationships with a broad range of institutional investors—including OCIOs, wealth advisors, endowments, foundations, and pension plans—primarily along the Eastern Seaboard. Earlier in her career, Mary was part of the investor relations and marketing team at Ivory Investment Management, where she supported fundraising efforts and helped bring in new capital. She also worked at Auda Hedge LLC, where she conducted manager research and due diligence across emerging markets and long/short equity strategies. She began her career in the Investment Banking Division at UBS.

Mary earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

At Evolution, Mary leads capital formation, focusing on building and strengthening relationships with institutional investors and supporting the firm’s strategic growth initiatives.
