Melissa Beaird is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant for Evolution’s New York office.
She joined Evolution in July 2026 with seven years of experience in office administration.
 
Prior to joining Evolution, Melissa was on office administration teams at Tiger Global
Management, Searchlight Capital, and Jane Street Capital.
 
Melissa graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelors in Acting, and from Brooklyn
College with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling.
