Michelle Fauci is an Operations Assistant and Marketing Analyst for Evolution. She joined the firm in June 2022. Michelle has over 10 years of extensive experience in event planning, project management, administration, operations, and marketing, across various industries to the firm.

Prior to joining Evolution, Michelle worked for Nimativ, a marketing firm in the natural pharma industry, where she was a lead project manager overseeing ongoing project goals and objectives in addition to coordinating all firm conferences, seminars, and tradeshows throughout the US. Prior to Nimativ, Michelle was director of the event department at a private country club where she oversaw the operations, marketing, and private bookings while executing confidentially for over 500 members and their families.

Michelle graduated from Wentworth Institue of Technology with a Bachelors in Business Management.

At Evolution, Michelle is responsible for running office operations for 40+ employees across both the Boston and New York offices and delivering strategically significant initiatives in Marketing and Branding spaces more broadly.
