Nakul Karnik is a Senior Associate and member of the investment team of the Firm. Prior to joining Evolution, Nakul worked at Morgan Stanley Private Credit where he gained experience underwriting sponsor-backed middle market direct lending transactions. Prior to that, Nakul worked at Wells Fargo Securities where he worked in the Leveraged Finance group, completing financings for corporate non-investment grade issuers. Nakul holds a B.S. in Economics from Duke University and a Masters of Accountancy / Valuation from Vanderbilt University.
