Nakul Karnik is an Associate and member of the investment team of the Firm. Prior to joining Evolution, Nakul worked at Morgan Stanley Private Credit where he gained experience underwriting sponsor-backed middle market direct lending transactions. Prior to that, Nakul worked at Wells Fargo Securities where he worked in the Leveraged Finance group, completing financings for corporate non-investment grade issuers. Nakul holds a B.S. in Economics from Duke University and a Masters of Accountancy / Valuation from Vanderbilt University.
