Nancy Karpf is Managing Director of Capital Formation at Evolution. She joined the firm in September 2025. Nancy brings over 25 years of experience in asset management, business development, and client services.

Prior to joining Evolution in 2025, Nancy was a Managing Director at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, where she was responsible for marketing and investor relations across the firm’s multi-strategy, credit, and real estate strategies for more than 16 years. Prior to Davidson Kempner, Nancy worked in a similar role at Och-Ziff Capital Management from 2004 to 2008. Nancy began her career at Goldman Sachs, where she worked in both the investment banking and asset management divisions.

Nancy graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. in Economics and Psychology.

At Evolution, Nancy is responsible for expanding the Firm’s investor base, including both new and existing investors.
