Nancy Karpf is a Managing Director of Capital Formation. In this role, she is responsible for expanding the Firm’s investor base, including both new and existing investors.

Prior to joining Evolution in 2025, Nancy was a Managing Director at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, where she was responsible for marketing and investor relations across the firm’s multi-strategy, credit, and real estate strategies for more than 16 years. Prior to Davidson Kempner, Nancy worked in a similar role at Och-Ziff Capital Management from 2004 to 2008. Nancy began her career at Goldman Sachs, where she worked in both the investment banking and asset management divisions.

Nancy graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Mount Holyoke College with a B.A. in Economics and Psychology.
