Richard Marshall is an Associate at Evolution. He joined the firm in July 2024. Richard has seven years of experience in accounting and financial reporting.

Prior to joining Evolution, Richard spent two years at Harbourvest where he was responsible for all accounting functions on his assigned funds, collaborating with the fund team and auditors on a quarterly basis. Prior to that, Richard was a Staff Accountant at Feeney Pinkerton CPA firm, where he assisted in bookkeeping, tax return preparation, and tax planning for individuals and small/medium size businesses. His strong work ethic and aptitude for financial software quickly caught the attention of his supervisors which led him to earn the title as senior accountant after being with the firm for one year.

Richard graduated with honours from Johnson & Wales University, earning a Master’s in Accounting.

At Evolution, Richard is leveraging his experience to ensure Evolution delivers accurate and timely client reporting and financial statements to its investors and counterparties.
