Sam Ward is a Senior Associate on the investment team at Evolution. He brings a diverse background in credit and restructuring across multiple platforms. Prior to joining Evolution, Sam was a member of the Alternative Credit team at Blue Owl Capital (formerly Atalaya Capital Management), where he focused on opportunistic credit investments across the capital structure and analyzed credit secondaries transactions. Before his time at Blue Owl, Sam served as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Capital Structure Advisory group at Raymond James, advising on both in- and out-of-court restructurings and private credit capital raises. He began his career as a Senior Associate in the Turnaround and Restructuring group at Berkeley Research Group. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bowdoin College.
