Shea Mahan is a Senior Associate within Evolution’s Middle Office team. He joined the firm in September 2024. Shea has five years of deep operational experience across liquid credit, private credit, and special situations.

Prior to joining Evolution, Shea held multiple roles of increasing responsibility at Bain Capital, most recently supporting their middle office functions.

Shea graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.

At Evolution, Shea focuses on managing the full life cycle of investments across trade finance, direct lending, and other structured credit deals.
