Susan Lim is a Vice President and Head of Middle Office at Evolution. She joined the firm in June 2023. Susan has over 15 years of trade and investment operations experience where she specialized in many operational function areas including investment accounting, reconciliation, compliance, client reporting, performance analytics, project management and implementation, and credit settlements.

Prior to joining Evolution, Susan worked at Boston Common Asset Management, where she was Director of Operations responsible for overseeing daily production across portfolio accounting and reconciliation, client operations, trade settlements in a multi-currency environment, and performance analytics. Prior to that, she was Head of Operations at Redwood Investments, where she implemented a front-to-back platform solution impacting every area of the firm, institutionalizing many operations workflows across trading, compliance, portfolio accounting and reconciliation, client reporting, and performance analytics functions. Prior to those senior roles, Susan held investment and trade operations roles at KKR, Polen Capital fka DDJ Capital, and State Street Corporation fka Investors Bank and Trust.

Susan attended Brandeis University, where she received the Bruce R. Mayper Award and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics and International and Global and Studies.

At Evolution, Susan leads the Middle Office team to manage the full life cycle of a deal across trade finance/working capital finance, direct lending, and other structured credit deals.
