Troy C. Bracher, CFA is a Controller at Evolution. He re-joined the firm in 2023. Troy has almost 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, primarily providing fund accounting, fund administration, financial reporting and custodial services to investment managers.

Prior to joining Evolution, Troy was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Investment Services, managing a team within the Fund Treasury department where he was responsible for annual budgets, monitoring expense ratios, calculating monthly distributions, portfolio turnover, and creating financial statements. Troy’s experience at Evolution goes back to the firm’s early days when he spent a year (2018-2019) on secondment from State Street. He was instrumental in launching our first vehicle, ECP I, LP. Troy was responsible for all matters related to investment support, financial reporting, and correspondence with the partnership’s administrator, auditor, and agent banks. Prior to the secondment, Troy spent approximately 18 years with Investors Bank & Trust and State Street Bank, ending his tenure as a Vice President in Alternative Investment Solutions. In this role, he was responsible for the entire NAV Accounting team in the Boston office of International Fund Services, servicing $47 billion in AuA, generating $35 million in revenue and managing 24 client relationships.

Troy earned a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from Boston College, and holds Master’s in Philosophy (Marquette University) and Finance (Boston College).

At Evolution, Troy is a senior member of the finance organization, leveraging his long tenure with the firm to drive efficiency and best practices within finance operations.
